Testing Scotch for the Kilt Lifter
Cory from beam global came in and helped us to select the scotch for our kilt lifter. It was a tough job but someone had to do do it! In the picture are (from left to right) Maeghan, Cory, Annamarie and David. So which scotch did we select? You will have to find out on January 25th at our Robbie Burns Dinner. – Tickets are now available.
Anakin Fundraiser
Thanks to everyone who made our event a huge success. We were able to raise over $8000.00 for Anakin. Thanks go out to BC Hospitality Foundation, GFS, Coke-a-cola, Bloom, Tobiano, the River, Radio NL, and the community of Kamloops for helping us help one of our own! Anakin is doing much better and we are happy to have helped one of our own!

We have updated our website and the menu is all new! Please take a look and come down and try some of our new tasty dishes. There are some new team favorites and they all taste great with our beer! We even have a daily dinner special that is paired with a beer each night.
Can you do the Chicken Dance?
Apparently the entire brewhouse could on Sunday! What a fun night. We have never seen so many of our guests get up and dance, sing, cheers, or just yell out a toast.
Fun was had by all and all had fun. We are already looking at what to do next year.

Thank you!
We just wanted to send out a thank you to everyone who helped make our first birthday a big success. Fun was had by all and the pig roast was great. We enjoyed the live music and had fun watching David open the cask beer. For those of you who weren’t able to taste the cask beer we still have the Empress of India on tap and it is quite delicious. Come on down and try a pint of our birthday beer.
Cheers and thank you again,
Maeghan and David

We won second place!!!
We were shocked to here that our “Beertini” won second place at the first annual Kamloops cocktail competition. The competition was for 6 different places to compete at making their own version of a Kamloops Cocktail. It was really exciting considering we used beer as the base for our cocktail and added fruit liqueur flavours to enhance the beer. The judges were quite suprised at how much they enjoyed the unique taste and now it is available here at the pig everyday.
Thank you to our team for sampling all those beers!
